Eric Schlie grew up in Littleton, Colorado. He attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where he obtained his BA in psychology. Post college, he has dedicated the past 12 years to coaching, most notably with positions at Valor Christian High School, Des Moines Buccaneers (USHL) and most recently with the St. Cloud Norsemen (NAHL). He joined Power in 2022 and currently resides in Sioux Falls with his wife, Courtney.

Drew, grew up in Livonia, Michigan, earned his degree in Kinesiology and Health from Iowa State University. Over the past seven years, he has held a variety of coaching roles — from junior hockey head coach to player development coach — working with athletes ranging from 6U players to professionals. During that time, he also created a coach education platform to share knowledge and training insights. Drew joined the Power organization in 2025 and now lives in Sioux Falls with his wife, Tiffany, and their two dogs, Quinn and Brookings.
